In May 2019, the municipal council of the city of Müllheim commissioned the administration to prepare the reorganization of the Bildungscampus Schulzentrum I as part of a multi-stage competition procedure. The background was, on the one hand, the additional space requirements of the individual facilities in the campus area, the general need for repair and modernization of the building stock and the overriding desire to place the further development of the campus with its individual construction and realization phases in a city-wide context. The municipal council has commissioned the architectural office Atelier Kaiser Shen Architekten PartGmbB with the further planning services of the building planning according to § 34 HOAI.
For the further implementation of the construction project on the basis of the existing competition or preliminary design planning, further planning services are now required, here:

A step-by-step and phased commissioning - initially of work phases 1 to 3 - is planned.
