SPS coordination mission for the construction of the CHB 1 building of the Henri-Becquerel Center in Rouen (76)

the project concerns the construction of a new building on the Thuilleau plot after demolition of the Gymnasium owned by the City of Rouen. The new building will group outpatient activities and integrate inpatient units (26 weekly inpatient beds and 20 intensive care beds).

A cancer prevention and health education centre backed by a multipurpose sports space will also be set up in this new construction.

The Chb1 building will incorporate a parking lot and will be the new entrance to the Centre. A functional link above rue d'Amiens is planned to connect the new building to the existing building
