The agreement with the current supplier of the reception services head office Amersfoort expires and can no longer be extended. That is why Staatsbosbeheer is launching a tender for the re-award of the reception service contract.

The purpose of this tender is to enter into an Agreement with a party that has submitted a Tender with the Best Value for Money (BPKV). The Contractor will professionally shape the development and implementation of the provision of services in the context of this tender.

The reception service must be staffed by three employees. The expectation is a total commitment of 5,992 hours per year. The Contractor cannot derive any rights from the estimation of the hours used.
