The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction project for the construction of a car park along with the replacement of the surface in the YNTKA indoor swimming pool
in the Śródmieście district of Rybnik. The contracting authority expects the preparation of documentation divided into 2 parts:
Part 1: Execution of the construction project for the construction of a car park on plot No. 5243/71 (approx. 900 m2 for the development of the car park and approx. 900 m2 of existing surfaces on plot 5244/71 for the reorganization of parking spaces).
Part 2: Execution of a construction project for the replacement and extension of paved surfaces in the swimming pool areas and the adjacent Technical School Complex. The approximate amount of surface to be designed is 4800 m2.

Part 1: Execution of the construction project for the construction of a car park on plot No. 5243/71 (approx. 900 m2 for the development of the car park and approx. 900 m2 of existing surfaces on plot 5244/71 for the reorganization of parking spaces).
Part 2: Execution of a construction project for the replacement and extension of paved surfaces in the swimming pool areas and the adjacent Technical School Complex. The approximate amount of surface to be designed is 4800 m2.
Design assumptions:
Part 1:
1) roadway and parking stands with a surface of paving stones 8 cm thick (KR2),
2) reconstruction/protection of conflicting underground utilities and above-ground networks,
3) the exit to the parking spaces on the plot No. 5243/71 should be from the plot 5244/71,
4) on the swimming pool plot no. 5244/71 there is a parking space for the bus, which should be maintained or redesigned in another place (e.g. plot 5243/71),
5) drainage in the form of rainwater drainage,
6) together with part no. 2, a system of gates with parking fee collection should be designed in consultation with the Rybnik Municipal Services.
Part 2:
1) roadway width min. 4.5 m with a surface of paving stones 8 cm thick (KR3),
2) reconstruction/protection of conflicting underground utilities and above-ground networks,
3) the extension of the surface should include a fire road from the exit from Tadeusza Kościuszki Street to the ZST to the exit from Powstańców Śląskich Street to the swimming pool (it coincides with task No. 1),
4) reconstruction (regulation) of existing inspection wells to the surface of the site (also in adjacent green areas),
5) drainage in the form of rainwater drainage,
6) together with part no. 1, a system of gates with parking toll collection should be designed in consultation with the Rybnik Municipal Services.
The detailed scope of work is specified in the SWZ with annexes.
