We are looking for a party for the realization of the temporary sports hall that:

• takes care of the design and construction of the temporary sports hall and includes the fixed furniture and the sports technical equipment. Fixed furniture are sofas in the changing rooms, coat racks in the changing rooms. The sports technical design concerns the facilities as described in Annex D – Sports technical equipment;

• takes care of the permit procedure, preparation, supervision and implementation of the realization phase for the realization of the realization phase;

• requests the necessary utilities and connects the sports hall fully functioning;

• is proven expert in the field of the construction and rental of a temporary sports hall (including process, planning, cost control, quality control).

We intend to conclude a purchase agreement with one (1) supplier for the purpose of supplying the temporary sports hall. The intended start date of construction is May 2024, commissioning no later than the beginning of September 2024.

After a presumed useful life of 10 years, the Contractor must buy back the temporary sports hall, demolish it and restore the site to its original state.
