The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste generated and collected from the owners of all inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Luzino and their transport and transfer to the Municipal Installation "Eko Dolina" Sp. z o.o., located in Łężyce at Aleja Park Krajobrazowy 99. Within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Luzino there are the following villages: Barłomino, Dąbrówka, Kębłowo, Kochanowo, Luzino, Milwino, Robakowo, Sychowo, Tępcz, Wyszecino, Zelewo and Zielnowo.

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste generated and collected from the owners of all inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Luzino and their transport and transfer to the Municipal Installation "Eko Dolina" Sp. z o.o., located in Łężyce at Aleja Park Krajobrazowy 99. Within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Luzino there are the following villages: Barłomino, Dąbrówka, Kębłowo, Kochanowo, Luzino, Milwino, Robakowo, Sychowo, Tępcz, Wyszecino, Zelewo and Zielnowo. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular, the collection and transport of municipal waste with the following codes:

and providing residents with bags for the separate collection of municipal waste such as: ash, paper and cardboard, glass, plastics and metals, green waste, biodegradable kitchen waste, hereinafter referred to as "KITCHEN BIO", as well as waste collection schedules.

Containers for separate collection: municipal mixed waste and BIO waste, provide property owners.

The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected during the contract period (within 36 months) is:

1) non-segregated municipal waste (mixed waste) – 6715 Mg,

2) ash – 2340 Mg,

3) glass – 1690 Mg,

4) paper and cardboard – 1011 Mg,

5) plastics and metals – 2338 Mg,

6) biodegradable waste (green waste) – 3278 Mg,

7) biodegradable kitchen waste (BIO kitchen waste) – 1083 Mg.

The estimated number of bags needed for the separate collection of municipal waste fractions, during the procurement period (within 36 months), will be respectively:

1) about 432 000 pcs. for fractions: ash (bag with a capacity of 80 l),

2) about 326 400 pcs. for fractions: paper and cardboard (bag with a capacity of 120 l),

3) about 163 200 pcs. for fractions: glass (bag with a capacity of 80 l),

4) about 652 800 pcs. for fractions: plastics and metals (120 l bag),

5) about 652 800 pcs. for fractions: green waste (bag with a capacity of 120 l),

6) about 1 276 800 pcs. biodegradable bags for fractions: biodegradable kitchen waste – delivery of bags by the Contractor will take place during the collection of waste from inhabited properties.

Data on the amount of waste and bags are estimates and are to be used by the Contractor to estimate the value of the contract, submit an offer and the Ordering Party to compare offers.

The contracting authority informs that the average number of declared people during one year increases on average by about 300-400 inhabitants (about 150 new declarations); - taking into account the last 2 years of municipal waste collection from residents.

For information purposes, the Ordering Party states that in the municipality of Luzino in 2021 (i.e. within 12 months) the following amounts of municipal waste were collected from residents:

1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – 1807.38 Mg,

2) ash – 765.10 Mg,

3) glass – 468,68 Mg,

4) paper and cardboard – 234.96 Mg,

5) plastics and metals – 637.22 Mg,

6) biodegradable waste – 940.26 Mg.

7) biodegradable kitchen waste – 224.66 Mg.
