Kirchlengern municipality, new building of the Aqua Fun indoor swimming pool

Kirchlengern municipality, new indoor swimming pool Aqua Fun - cash desk: The Kirchlengern municipality wants to build a new swimming pool at the location of the outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The old indoor swimming pool will be demolished after the completion of the new building. The new building (entrance level = 64.50 m above sea level) is directly on the street "Am Hallenbad" and has a sports pool, course pool and children's area on the ground floor. The pool water technology is located in the basement, the ventilation system on the upper floor. The boiler room is delivered to and accessed via the assembly shaft.

Kirchlengern municipality, new building of the Aqua Fun indoor pool: A new indoor pool is being built on the site of the current indoor and outdoor pool. The technical area is in the basement. The basins, changing rooms, toilets, foyer, etc. are on the ground floor. The ventilation center is located on the upper floor. Checkout system: General description: The checkout system for the indoor and outdoor pools including the sauna part in Kirchlengern (Aqua Fun) should be divided into 2 tariff areas.

1. Tariff: use of the indoor and / or outdoor swimming pool;

2. Tariff: Use of the indoor and / or outdoor pool including sauna.

All tariffs are sold via the staffed cash register (hand cash register) or the pay machine in the entrance area of the swimming pool (the integration of a web shop must be possible). The integration of external credit card readers or external bank card readers in the cash register and the machines must be possible. It must be possible to read a barcode on a smartphone at hand tills and revolving doors. Entrance and exit to the facility is possible at 2 turnstiles (with entry & exit readers and group door) in the entrance hall and at the turnstile of the outdoor access to the outdoor pool, which control the entrance and exit tickets and collect them at the exit. Incoming and outgoing counting is mandatory, except for outgoing counting in open-air swimming pools at the emergency exit or turnstile. Reading a barcode on a smartphone must be possible at the entry and exit lasers. Each turnstile system receives a "reduced" warning light. If the selected tariff is exceeded, the turnstile refuses to exit and the customer has to add to the next tariff. He can only do this in the entrance hall at the manned checkout (optional: additional payment machine). For this purpose, a radio bell is currently to be provided from the turnstile to the occupied cash register system. This problem does not arise in open-air swimming pools (day tickets only); guests can also leave the premises through the uncontrolled one-way turnstile. Disposable cards (paper cards) with barcode printing are used as an access medium for retail sales (hand tills and pay machines) in the bathroom. A plastic card in credit card format with a barcode print (or chip) is used for customer and group cards. The shop (goods): The shop (without vending machines) is integrated into the cash register system, but only to the extent that the warehouse and goods stocks as well as sales can be recorded and evaluated. The goods are paid for in cash. (Integration of external credit card readers must be possible.) Web shop: The integration of a web shop with the option to sell admission tickets, vouchers, courses, etc. must be possible (barcode dispatch by email & smartphone). Hardware: 1pc. Central computer of the POS system, with all the properties required for the function of the POS system, operating system at least Windows 10 (or newer Windows version) and Internet DSL for remote maintenance, automatic continuous data mirroring on a separate drive, daily data backup on drive and UPS (uninterruptible power supply) with 17 “inch flat screen, keyboard, mouse and A4 - b / w printer.
