1. The subject of the contract is non-cash sale of methane fuel (compressed natural gas CNG) from a portable or mobile CNG station made available by the Contractor.

2. The tank of the portable or mobile CNG station made available by the contractor shall have a capacity enabling it to be filled at least 2 000 kg at a time. methane fuel (compressed natural gas CNG), but not more than 10,000 kg. of this fuel.

3. Refuelling of the Ordering Party's cars from a portable or mobile CNG station made available by the contractor will take place each time at its headquarters in Piaseczno at 6 Technical Street or on the property managed by the Ordering Party in Piaseczno at 4 Technica Street.

4. Deliveries of methane fuel (compressed natural gas CNG) shall be carried out each time by the contractor to a portable or mobile CNG station made available by the contractor in one of the two locations referred to in paragraph 3 above.

5. From the portable or mobile CNG station made available by the contractor, only specialized vehicles of the Ordering Party used for the collection and road transport of municipal waste will be refueled.
