The city of Pinneberg is planning the construction of a new school building for the Thesdorf elementary school in Pinneberg. Part of the existing building along Pestalozzistraße is to be replaced by the new building.

The new building is divided into a 3-storey (1st BA) and a 2-storey (2nd BA) building section with an entrance area in between. The 2-storey canteen receives a circular gallery. Sustainable building planning is based on the motto “School has a role model function”, which is why sustainable materials are also used and flat roofs are greened.

The service includes the interior plastering work of the two-storey wing. All wall surfaces made of concrete or masonry must be finished with interior plaster. incl. all reveals. The exact design can be found in the description of the specifications.

The construction site access is via Schauenburgerstraße, via the existing parking space of the Rübekamp sports hall.

The primary school will continue to teach throughout the entire construction period. If necessary, there may be individual votes for the execution during the school operation.
