New construction of a 4-group day care center in Donauwörther Straße in Neuburg an der Donau Award of specialist planning services Technical equipment HLS according to §53 HOAI, LP 1-9, stepwise commissioning

Due to the consistently high number of births, the designation of new development areas and the adaptation of the daycare offer, the demand for crèche and kindergarten places will continue to increase in the coming years. With the resolution of February 2021, the city council of the city of Neuburg an der Donau has determined the need for childcare places. In order to close the defined gap, this project must be launched with other institutions. The property, which is already owned by the city, was proposed by the specialist offices as a short-term feasible location. With this new construction project, a 4-group day care center with an occupancy of 24 crèche and 40 kindergarten children is to be created. The new building should convince both qualitatively and creatively, as well as economically and functionally.

Planning services of the specialist planning Technical equipment for sanitation, heating, ventilation and building automation iSd. § 53 HOAI Abs. 2, Nr. 1, Nr. 2, Nr .3 and Nr. 8 with the basic services (LP 1-9) according to Annex 15.1 to the HOAI 2021 and optionally the special services "Monitoring of the remedy of defects within the limitation period".

The assignment takes place in stages in the following stages:

— Stage 1: LP 1 and LP 2,

— Stage 2: LP 3 and LP 4,

— Level 3: LP 5, LP 6 and LP 7,

- Level 4: LP 8 and LP 9.

There is no entitlement to the assignment of the further level. The client shall be free to order the further stage. The transfer shall be in writing. The applicant cannot deduce an increase in his or her fee from the step-by-step assignment and a construction phase.

The special services are designed as options that the client can call up, but which he is not obliged to call up.

The contract will be based on the model contract HAV-COM (see Annex 3).
