This publication, by a number of participants in the talent region, concerns the setting up of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS). With this they aim to meet the need for the temporary hiring of external staff on the basis of an effort obligation (and therefore not for advice / result assignments).

The DAS took effect on 8.10.2018. The tender documents were then available on www.talentenregiohuurtin.nl and on Negometrix. From now on, the tender documents are available on www.talentenregiohuurtin.nl and on CTMsolution. Publication on Tenderned and TED number 2018 / S 172-390720 has been corrected due to the change from Negometrix to CTMsolution.

This announcement contains the description of the procedure that a number of participants in the Talent Region are following for setting up the Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) regarding the temporary hiring of external personnel on the basis of an effort obligation (and therefore not for advice / result assignments). The DAS offers the opportunity to compete every time a request for quotation is placed in your field (s). Entrepreneurs (both companies and freelancers) are invited to respond to these requests for quotes.

The DAS is established indefinitely. If this DAS is terminated, this will be communicated in good time. The effective date was 8.10.2018.
