Our vision is to improve health and well-being for people of all ages across the Black Country. In Sandwell and Wolverhampton, we care for and support people of all ages who have mental health needs. We provide a range of specialist health services for people with learning disabilities in Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Dudley. We also provide community healthcare services for children, young people and families in Dudley. In order for us to deliver these services we require our sites, buildings to be maintained to the highest standard and comply with statutory/quasi statutory standards. Overview: The contractor shall provide a service for the provision of Hard and Soft FM services, in keeping with the key objectives of the BCPFT. The specification will vary with each service and individual pricing will be a requirement of this contract. Applications will be accepted for one or more of the following lots:

— Lot 1 - Estates Maintenance,

— Lot 2 - Grounds and Gardens,

— Lot 3 - Security,

— Lot 4 - Feminine Hygiene,

— Lot 5 - Domestic Waste,

— Lot 6 - Pest Control,

— Lot 7 - Window Cleaning,

— Lot 8 - Confidential Waste.

Contract commencement date is expected to be 1.4.2013 for a period of 3 years with options to extend for 2 years in 12 month increments. The Trust is requesting that you express an interest to be included within the tender process by completing and returning the PQQ. For your information we have included tender timetable and PQQ. Please state the Lot/s that interest your organisation. If your organisation is applying for more than one Lot, we will accept the completion of one PQQ.
