1. The service includes a gradual relocation of existing objects to future target image objects, with additional interim relocations. The subject of the service is the implementation of relocation and transport measures at the various locations of the client, the proper (interim) storage of relocation goods and their administrative management and disposal of old furniture. The disposal of old furniture is largely separate from the actual move and can take place gradually after the move.
2. The contractor (AN) must determine the circumstances for the relocation service in the preparation period. This includes the driveways, possible total weight restrictions and the parking spaces for loading and unloading in front of the individual buildings. If these can only be implemented for solo trucks, this must be taken into account in the concept. The use of elevators or external elevators must be checked in advance. The contractor is given sufficient opportunity to prepare for each move. A move planner is also available to the contractor for advice. The schedule must be submitted to the client for acceptance no later than 5 working days (excluding Saturday). In individual cases, e.g. E.g. large removals (more than 400 employees of the client), the submission must be made at least 15 working days in advance.
The contractor has to find out about any necessary official permits for the establishment of barriers, stopping bans, etc. and obtain them in good time.
For the transport measures on Sundays and public holidays, the contractor has to obtain the necessary special permits.
3. The contractor may use a maximum of one subcontractor level to perform his tasks. The award of an order from a subcontractor to another subcontractor is excluded. It must be ensured that the subcontractor can prove the legitimation of the AN to the AG at any time.
4. Consortia are permitted.
