The tender process concerns the management of the City of Kurikka's service traffic as a charter service under a passenger transport licence or a taxi licence in the Jalasjärvi and Jurva areas between 1.1.2023 and 31.12.2023.
The operating agreement to be concluded includes the option of one additional year 1.1-31.12.2024. The customer decides on the exercise of the option at least three (3) months before the end of the contract period.
Procurement is divided into two areas; Jalasjärvi and Jurva area. An offer may cover one or both areas. Items are offered at a daily rate of € / driving day.
The service buses transport the customers of the City of Kurikka's education and social services, as well as other customers as invitation-controlled open public transport. In invitation-controlled traffic, orders are made from the telephone number of the service bus no later than on the previous driving day. The driver of the service bus takes care of the reception, routing and combination of orders. The client has the right to transfer the receipt, routing and consolidation of orders during the contract period to the dispatch center. Service buses operate on weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00. There is no service on public holidays, Christmas or Midsummer Eve. The customer and the service provider may, if they so wish, agree on different operating times during the agreement period.

Jalasjärvi areaThe daily rate includes an average of 200 km of driving. The equalization period is a calendar month. For exceeding kilometers, 1.5 euros per kilometer is paid. Average operating time 8 hours per driving day and maximum 80 hours per 2 weekly periods.
Jurva regionThe daily rate includes an average of 200 km of driving. The equalization period is a calendar month. For exceeding kilometers, 1.5 euros per kilometer is paid. Average operating time 8 hours per driving day and maximum 80 hours per 2 weekly periods.
