The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office supplies. A detailed list and description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 and 2 to the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) constituting Annex H to the SWZ.

2. A detailed list and description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 and 2 to the Draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex H to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with a quality guarantee for office supplies listed in Appendix 1 to the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU), constituting Annex H to the SWZ. The guarantee period is calculated from the date of the order properly executed by the Contractor, confirmed in accordance with § 5 section 2 PPU. The quality guarantee period for office supplies is a minimum of 12 months from the date indicated in the previous sentence, unless a longer period of validity has been indicated in the description of the article.
