The following parts will be included in the command scope:

• Delivery and installation of MFPs (hardware and software) including the required consumables

(excl. paper);

• Setting up maintenance and service (such as solving malfunctions and software updates), this concerns

both first and second line activities;

• Providing payment system including the financial management of the funds (print credits of students);

• The realization of the integrations included in this specifications with the IV facilities of

Client;

• Where possible, providing all associated and logically related services.

It concerns approximately 92 MFPs.
