The invitation to tender is for a framework agreement for consultancy services for roads, water and sewage and geotechnics. Work assignments that can come under the framework agreement are:

- Preparation of draft, preliminary and detailed projects and preparation of tender documentation for roads, water and sewage installations (possibly also main plans for water and sewage, clearance plans and modelling).

- Geotechnical assessments connected to engineering design services for HVAC and sanitary installations.

The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority has the option to extend the contract subject to the same conditions for one + one years, so that the total possible length of the agreement is four years. This is the contracting authority´s unilateral right. The contract can be automatically extended for 1+1 year, unless the contracting authority gives notice on the contract before the contract period expires.

An agreement shall be entered into with up to 5-6 tenderers for each of the below listed lots of the framework agreement.

These lots are:

- Water and sewage engineering design

- Road engineering (we are considering entering into an agreement with 6 tenderers if the assessment of received tenders concludes with a division of the fifth place)

We are planning to enter into a framework agreement with 3-4 tenderers for the geotechnical assignments. (we are considering entering into an agreement with 4 tenderers if the assessment of received tenders concludes with a division of the third place)

Award of assignments under the framework agreements is made in accordance with the contract (Annex 3)
