In section III of the repair measures the old building of the Zentralschulhausgeneralinstand will be installed.

This again takes place in 3 subsections with the following measures:

- Phase A: Demolition and renovation works in 2/3 of the basement, 3 rooms for the resumption of lessons in the east wing, the remaining basement remains construction site area, early installation of the new elevator with engineering shaft on all floors of the old building. This section has already been completed,

- Phase B: General renovation of the eastern half of the old building from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. Continuation of work in the basement,

- Phase C: General renovation of the western half of the old building from the basement to the first floor, completion of the basement.

Work on the roof and façade is carried out across sections during sections B and C.

- External venetian blinds, various sizes, motor or manually operated, in front of the window or behind the facade cladding, lying outside, 109 pieces

- empty boxes 10 pieces.
