1.The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for didactic facilities of the Koszalin University of Technology at 15-17 Racławicka Street in Koszalin to the extent specified in the SWZ. The contracting authority separates the contract into two independent parts (each part is hereinafter referred to as the "Task").
Task I - Provision of cleaning services for the university's didactic facilities at 15-17 Racławicka Street, building D, D-E and E in Koszalin.
Task II - Provision of cleaning services for the university's didactic facilities at 15-17 Racławicka Street, building H, F, J, L, M in Koszalin.
2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the technical requirements of Task I and Task II are included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3.The contracting authority allows the selection of the contractor to carry out an on-site inspection of the place of performance of the contract as an auxiliary activity in order to properly prepare the offer, after prior agreement on the date and time.

1) Daily cleaning (5 to 7 times a week) during the non-holiday period from 01 September to 30 June.
Cleaning will take place on working days and on Saturdays and Sundays on the days of part-time student reunions according to a fixed schedule.
The total area for cleaning building D, D-E, E is: 4 722.50 m2.
2) Daily cleaning (5 times a week) during the holiday season, i.e. from 01 July to 31 August
Cleaning will take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
The total area for cleaning building D, D-E, E is: 1052.30 m2.
3) Cleaning of office premises (once a week) throughout the year.
The total area for cleaning building D, D-E, E is: 893.50 m2.

3) Cleaning of office premises (once a week) throughout the year. Cleaning will take place on weekdays. Day to be agreed with the Ordering Party.
The total area for cleaning building F, H, J, L, M is: 637.33 m2.
