Successive delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated amount of 1 000 000 liters (in words: one million liters) to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Konin S.A. - petrol station at Zakładowa Street or at Poznańska Street;
The Ordering Party stipulates that the estimated amount of diesel fuel is the maximum quantity covered by the order; the actual quantity of diesel fuel ordered will result from the current needs of the customer, provided that it is not less than 60 % of the maximum quantity;
it stipulates that the reduction of the order volume to 60% will not change any contract conditions set out in the SWZ and declared by the Contractor in the offer.
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel fuel in an estimated amount of 1 000 000 liters (in words: one million liters) to Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Konin S.A. - petrol station at Zakładowa Street or at Poznańska Street; The Ordering Party stipulates that the estimated amount of diesel fuel is the maximum quantity covered by the order; the actual quantity of diesel fuel ordered will result from the current needs of the customer, provided that it is not less than 60 % of the maximum quantity; it is stipulated that reducing the contract volume to the level of 60% will not change any terms of the contract specified in the SWZ and declared by the Contractor in the offer. Diesel oil must meet the quality requirements of the currently applicable Polish standards:
a) PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 "Fuels for motor vehicles - diesel fuels - requirements and test methods";
b) the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015.1680, późn.zm), in particular set out in Annex 3 to the Regulation; where the requirements of the Regulation take precedence over
to PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06;
c) the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021. 133 of późn.zm);
(d) in the event of a change in regulations or standards, the diesel offered must comply with the provisions and standards amended in the course of supply.
The customer requires that the supplied diesel fuel is suitable for the season and the prevailing temperature conditions (summer, transitional and winter).
Technical and chemical parameters may not be worse than those specified in the above-mentioned standards and the annex to the aforementioned regulation.
