The Assignment relates, in summary, to the execution of:

1) account services that are necessary for the delivery of the annual reports and the associated natural advisory function; and

2) carrying out project audits of externally funded projects in connection with making a statement and accountability to the party or parties that provide funding for the projects via a sub-declaration.

The Contracting Authority intends to use the Tender Procedure to select one Contractor with whom the Agreement is concluded. The duration of the Agreement is 4 years and has the option of extending 4 times 1 year.
