NHS England: Cumbria and the North East wish to commission an Alternative Provider Medical Services contract (currently delivered as Blaydon GP Practice within the Gateshead West area of Tyne and Wear) and are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver these services.

The list size of the practice is 1,347 patients and the service receives patients from; Blaydon, Ryton, Crookhill, Stella, Winlaton and Crawcrook as well as all other wards within Gateshead West.

The aim of the service is to deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to registered patients from a premises located in Blaydon.
