Camera inspection
The Weinberg Campus Halle technology park is the most important innovation and start-up location for life science, biomedicine and materials science in Central Germany. The available areas are largely utilized. There is a lack of attractive, larger premises for companies in the start-up or earliest growth phase. Technologie- und Gründerzentrum GmbH (TGZ) therefore intends to expand the TGZ I building group with the new building of an innovation and start-up center (Innovation Hub) to include additional, urgently needed space and premises for micro and small companies with innovative, knowledge-based and/or to create technology-oriented business models.
The new building is to be built as an incubator for scientists, who will be able to move into workspaces there during the pre-foundation phase. The planned use requires a great deal of flexibility in floor plan design for conversions and extensions of office space, co-working spaces and common rooms as well as for workshops.
In the course of the development of the new Innohub, the outdoor facilities of the property are also to be replanned and implemented in harmony with the project. In addition, an inner courtyard is planned in the building.
