The achievement by Malaga City Council of the objectives set out in the Dependency Law (39/2006 of 14 December), which encompasses the set of services and benefits aimed at promoting personal autonomy, as well as care and protection. The aim is to regulate the basic conditions that guarantee equality in the exercise of this right, for which the System for Autonomy and Dependency Care (SAAD) was established, with the collaboration and participation of all the Public Administrations, as set out in section 1 of the explanatory report.
