The assignment relates to the realization of the renovation / renovation of the Johannes Fontanus College in Barneveld. The contract to be awarded comprises the following activities:
- the architectural realization of the school complex (lot 1),
- the realization of new installations for the entire building (lot 2).

Lot 3, concerning the design, management and (supervision of) aftercare for the renovation / renovation school Johannes Fontanus College in Barneveld, has a value of less than EUR 1000 000 and less than 20% of the total value of the contract. Pursuant to Article 2.18 Aw, no European tendering obligation applies to this parcel. The order with regard to Lot 3 was previously announced separately via TenderNed under TenderNed reference number 226932.
