The district of Recklinghausen intends to renovate the

Kreishaus Recklinghausen.

The Kreishaus Recklinghausen is a free-standing

Administration building for approx. 1000 employees with

surrounding parking areas and landscaped outdoor facilities

a plot of approx. 36,700 m².

The maximum extent of the building complex is approx.

148 m x 108 m with a total of five components (component A - E). Four

Components (components A - D) are grouped around generous

Courtyards (approx. 32 m x 18 m) with up to five above-ground

Shot. Component E consists of two above-ground

Shot and blends in with its shape as well as its twisted

alignment as a kind of special element in the ensemble.

The entire building complex has a complete basement. The

existing gross floor area is approx. 32,000 m².

The subject of this tender is the building information trade.

As part of the construction phase renovation and

Maintenance of the operation of the unaffected components is

required, for the building automation trade, a

Product binding with the standard product Kieback & Peter

to provide. This decision is based on careful consideration

Examination of the requirements of the project as well as the

specific conditions on site.

For measuring, regulating, controlling and monitoring the

Operational equipment (BTA) becomes a future-proof

and high-performance modular, DDC (Direct Digital Control)

Regulation and control system planned.

The system is designed in accordance with VDI guidelines 6015

and 3814 as well as AMEV Building Automation and BacNet 2017.
