S:t Erik Försäkrings AB hereby invites interested companies to participate in this Procurement of services regarding reinsurance of General Liability, for 2018. The procurement includes all risks insured by S:t Erik Försäkring as from the renewal on 1.1.2018. This procurement includes two layers which will be reviewed separately. It is possible for the tenderer to submit tenders for both layers or submit a tender for one of the layers.

Layer 1- includes reinsurance for risks insured by S:t Erik Försäkring SEK 98 000 000 in excess of S:t Erik retention each and every loss and SEK 196 000 000 in the annual aggregate.

The reinsured has the right to one full reinstatement at 100 % additional premium.

Layer 2- includes reinsurance for risks insured by S:t Erik Försäkring from SEK 100 000 000 up to SEK 500 000 000 in excess of S:t Erik retention.

The reinsured has the right to one full reinstatement at 100 % additional premium.
