This contract is composed of two lots:

1) Protections and mattresses

2) Care products

The rest and care homes of the Verviers CPAS have a total of 505 beds.

This is a price schedule market (stock market). The quantities included in this contract are provided for information purposes only and suppliers will not be entitled to any compensation if these quantities are not reached. By the mere fact of submitting a tender for this contract, the tenderer undertakes to be able to supply all the items included in the quantity survey.

It is immediately stated that the CPAS of Verviers attaches great importance to the range of sizes proposed in lot 1. Any offer that does not guarantee equipment adapted to all morphologies will be rejected. (Article 76 §1 3° of the Royal Decree of 18 April 2017 on public procurement in the traditional sectors)
