The consultation is carried out according to the procedure of the open call for tenders (Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1°, R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code).
This involves the rehabilitation and restructuring of 80 existing housing units in the Les Sablons residence in Montpellier.
The duration of the contracts shall commence from the time of the service order for the commencement of the works until the end of the guarantee period of perfect completion. For lot 14 Green Spaces, the duration of the contract starts from the start-up bone until the end of the reinforcement period (2nd year warranty)
