The purpose of the contract is to provide administrative and technical support to regional and municipal authorities within the framework of the drawing rights allocated to municipalities for the implementation and strengthening of post-crisis prevention, protection, preparedness and analysis projects in the face of flood risks as part of the Flood Risk Management Plans (PGRI) for the period 2022-2027.

This contract is divided into 2 tasks described in detail in the technical clauses of this CSC:

o Task 1. : Treatment of the administrative and financial part associated with the management of the 2 PGRI drawing rights to the municipalities for resilience.

o Task 2. : Advice, analysis and monitoring of projects in each municipality to optimize the use of drawing rights.
