The content of the assignment consists of the following aspects:

electromechanical maintenance

replacement and/or renovation of control cabinets

replacement and/or renovation of pumps

leidingwerk

minor repairs

cleaning installation

record current situation in TCN

Reporting condition of pumping stations and advice renovations

storingsdienst.

The work to be carried out lies within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Gemert-Bakel and falls solely under its responsibility. Since it concerns a maintenance agreement, the work must be carried out at various locations within the municipality. Furthermore, because all activities that must be carried out within this assignment form one technical and/or economic whole for companies that already carry out this work, there is no question of a merged assignment.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least 2 years and a maximum of 4 years. The intended effective date of the agreement is December 6, 2023.

The work to be carried out lies within the municipal boundaries of the municipality of Ge-mert-Bakel and falls solely under its responsibility. Since it is a maintenance agreement, the work must be carried out at various locations within the municipality. Furthermore, since all the work carried out within this contract must form a single technical and/or economic whole for companies already carrying out these activities, there is no question of a merged contract.

If the work were to be split, more coordination would be needed. This entails additional activities and therefore more costs. If the coordination is not optimal, this can lead to delays and thus additional inconvenience for businesses and residents. In addition, the municipality will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the implementation. Because all this is not in the interest of the municipality, it is advised to have the work carried out by one contractor.
