Following on from the Prior Information Notice ("PIN") (RFT 75915), the National Development Finance Agency, acting for and on behalf of the Minister for Education and Skills, has procured the Dublin Institute of Technology Campus at Grangegorman Central and East Quads PPP to design, build, finance and maintain two third level education buildings within the proposed DIT campus. The contract was awarded to Eriugena Designated Activity Company, a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 612854) having its registered office at Riverside One, Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2 on the 28.3.2018.
