Offer of contract for the procurement, maintenance and support of a chatbot for the service areas handled by DDH. The chatbot solution must function as an efficient and accessible channel for citizens and the solution must handle guidance on general conditions, guidance on the use of public digital solutions, but also inquiries about eg case status. Thus, the solution must create the conditions for a high immediate clarification for the benefit of citizens in the country's municipalities.
