The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of maintenance works on natural watercourses. Any damage resulting from the performance of the contract and their removal lies with the Contractor at its expense and risk, including possible claims of third parties in connection with the implementation of the contract in question. Waste generated during the work should be managed on its own in accordance with applicable regulations. Evidence of disposal of the waste in question should be provided to the Ordering Party no later than by the date of final acceptance. NOTE: The contractor's responsibility is to organize access to the place of work on his own (m.in temporary roads) and at his own expense, including the delivery and embedding of the necessary materials.

The Contractor's duties will include ensuring systematic environmental supervision during the works in order to secure the natural values of the area.
