Unlimited tender for the comprehensive supply and distribution of electricity for the needs of the facilities of the Maritime Fisheries Institute – National Research Institute located in Gdynia

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service containing elements of supply and distribution of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 for the needs of the facilities of the Maritime Fisheries Institute – National Research Institute

1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service containing elements of supply and distribution of electricity in the period from 01.01.2023. until 31.12.2023 for the needs of the facilities of the Maritime Fisheries Institute – National Research Institute located:

(a) Maritime Fisheries Institute — Kołłątaja 1 State Research Institute, 81-332 Gdynia;

(b) Gdynia Aquarium MIR-PIB al. John Paul II 1, 81-345 Gdynia,

2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide electricity and provide electricity transmission services. The execution of the order should take place in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, i.e.) and its implementing acts.

3. Detailed description of the order include Annexes Nos A1, A2 and A3 to SWZ
