The subject of the Order is:
permanent cleaning and proper maintenance of sanitary and aesthetic state of buildings and municipal areas administered by the Municipal Building and Buildings Department in Olsztyn with subdivision into two tasks.
Permanent cleaning and proper maintenance of sanitary and aesthetic state of buildings and communal areas administered by the Department of Local and Municipal Buildings in OlsztynTask I:
Permanent cleaning and proper maintenance of the sanitary and aesthetic status of the buildings and communal areas listed in Annex No 7 to the SWZ (which is at the same time Annex 1 to the contract) for 7 days a week including statutory free days in accordance with:
— the cleaning regulations of buildings and property, specifying the method and frequency of cleaning, as set out in Annexes No 10a, 11a to the SWZ (also annexes 2 and 3 to the contract),
— the winter maintenance standards of the sites of Annex 12a to the SWZ (which is also Annex 4 to the Agreement).

Permanent cleaning and proper maintenance of the sanitary and aesthetic status of the buildings and municipal areas listed in Annex 8 to the SWZ (which is at the same time Annex 1 to the contract) for 7 days a week including statutory free days in accordance with:
— the cleaning regulations of buildings and property, specifying the method and frequency of cleaning, as set out in Annexes No 10b, 11b to SWZ (also annexes 2 and 3 to the contract),
— winter terrain maintenance standards of Annex 12b to the SWZ (which is also Annex 4 to the Agreement).
