The purpose of the call for tenders is:
"Contracting a party that hires external professionals for the Client on the basis of a temporary employment, secondment, payroll or assignment agreement in which this party is fully responsible for the implementation of the complete hiring process. This must be done in a demonstrable manner lawfully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This involves the hiring/deployment of external experts; teaching staff (OP), educational support staff (OOP), care staff and general support staff, in combination with providing complete reporting and reporting".
The Client selects/contracts one (1) party that takes care of, coordinates and reports on the entire process of hiring (demand validation, all associated administrative processes up to and including the payment of the invoice) of all hiring questions for the Client.
