Multi-lot telematic open community procedure, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with a single economic operator per lot, pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 3, of the Code, aimed at entrusting the supply of "vacuum venous sampling systems and urine collection tubes" advanced for the U.O.C. Drug and Medical Devices Policy of the Rieti Local Health Authority. Starting price is € 223,946.25 net of VAT. The Framework Agreement is divided into 2 lots. Lot 1 CIG: A02027189E, € 211,406.25; Lot 2 CIG: A0202977FA, € 12,540.00. The duration of the framework agreement (excluding any options) is 12 (twelve) months from the date of signing of the contract and in any case until the maximum amount is reached. The contracting authority reserves the right to renew the contract for a period of 12 months, as well as the right to extend the validity of the Framework Agreement, under the same conditions
