The subject of the tender are the general planning services for the repair of the flood protection on the Holtemme water in the Wernigerode location. As part of the implementation of the flood risk management directive (RL 2007/60 / EG) - level 3 and overarching the water framework directive (RL 2000/60 / EG), the creation of flood risk management plans including the identification of targeted measures was carried out. As a result, there are a large number of proposed measures for natural water retention (1) and technical flood protection (2) for the waters of the State of Saxony-Anhalt. The project area is located in the Harz district in the town of Wernigerode and extends from river km 33 + 165 - 38 + 418. The estimated total construction costs for KG 200-500 are approx. EUR 2,400,000.00 net.

The general planning services for the planning of the new building include the following services (see tender documents part B - service description):

1. Area planning landscape maintenance plan according to HOAI § 26 in conjunction with Appendix 7, LPH 1-4, all basic services as well as selected special services according to HOAI,

2.Object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI § 39 in conjunction with Appendix 11, LPH 1-8, all basic services and selected special services in accordance with HOAI

3. Object planning of engineering structures in accordance with HOAI § 43 in conjunction with Annex 12, LPH 1-8, all basic services as well as selected special services in accordance with HOAI,

4. Specialist planning of structural engineering according to HOAI § 51 i. V. m. Annex 14, LPH 1-6 all basic services as well as selected special services according to HOAI,

5. Consulting services in accordance with Appendix 1 HOAI - designation and service description in accordance with Part B, service description item B 2.4,

6. Other services - designation and service description in accordance with Part B Service Description Point B 2.5.
