Vestnes kommune hereby invites turnkey contractors to participate in a tender contest above the EEA threshold in accordance with the regulations, Part 1 and 3 for the project “Vestnes Health and Welfare Centre”. The objective of the competition is to procure a turnkey contractor with contract partners for engineering design, demolition of the existing buildings, construction and commissioning of the new health and welfare centre. Collaboration has been chosen as the implementation model based on an “interaction contract” for the project. See the attached tender documentation.

The present announcement concerns pre-qualification of up to 4 tenderers (turnkey contractors with subcontractors). Pre-qualified tenderers will be invited to participate in a consequent competition with negotiations on the design and construction of the health and welfare centre.
