The city of Bad Bramstedt intends to build a new fire station for its volunteer fire department. The new building is to be erected in Hamburger Straße in Bad Bramstedt. The land available for the new fire station has an area of approx. 9,479 m2. The property is currently built with several buildings. The use has already been abandoned, the area is owned by the city.

The new building will contain two vehicle halls with 18 size 2 parking spaces as well as radio and on-call rooms (radio house), a workshop passage with washing hall and depot, an event hall, a warm-up kitchen, as well as a two-storey functional building with an inner courtyard for leisure activities on the 1st floor.

The subject of the contract is the specialist planning services for structural engineering. The contract covers service phases 1 to 6 as well as supplementary special services to service phase 8 according to the service profile.
