The subject of the contract is the delivery of a table with simultaneous pressure and temperature control for the FLS1000 spectrofluorimeter for INTiBS PAS in Wrocław - on the terms and within the scope specified in the draft contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ), in the annexes to the draft agreement, in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation is included in the draft contract with attachments (detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract - Annex No. 1 to the Draft Agreement), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.

Warranty period for the delivered Equipment:

• 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol
