Transport services (excl. Waste transport). Public road transport services. Special-purpose road passenger-transport services. The Trust requires a provider that can facilitate movement of patients to and from the Trust (and other locations). The contract will include the following mobility categories: walkers, wheelchairs, stretchers, specialist care patients, plus other mobilities to be confirmed. The scope of the journeys will be centred around the local area but will also include longer range movements when required.

The Trust will monitor the provider to deliver this service to robust KPI's and SLA's to ensure that patient movements are completed to a high quality standard and in a timely manor.
