The city of Schwerte intends to award engineering and architect services for the new construction of a main fire and rescue station including the voluntary fire department Schwerte Mitte on Konrad Zuse Straße in Schwerte.

The first-time guard, including the rescue guard and the volunteer fire brigade Mitte, is currently located in a building on Lohbachstraße 8.

The existing building is no longer suitable for the diverse areas of work and the large number of employees, and expansion is not possible due to the narrow property conditions.

It is therefore planned to build a new building on a plot of around 8,900 m 2 in the immediate vicinity of the existing guard. The property for the new building is within the scope of the same B-plan in which the current guard is located. The alarm exit is planned along the directly adjacent railway line directly to Lohbachstraße.

The order includes freelance planning services.

The following services are to be awarded:

- Buildings and interiors (work phases 1-9 according to HOAI § 34 in conjunction with Annex 10),

- Outdoor facilities (work phases 1-9 according to HOAI § 39 in conjunction with Annex 11),

— engineering structures (service phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI § 43 in addition to Appendix 12) — optional,

— traffic systems (service phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI § 47 in addition to Appendix 13) — optional,

— structural engineering (service phases 1-6 in accordance with HOAI § 51 in conjunction with annex 14, including constructive fire protection),

— Technical equipment (service phases 1-9 according to HOAI § 55 in accordance with Appendix 15, plant groups 1-8),

— building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing; building acoustics (sound insulation); room acoustics) according to HOAI annex 1,

— fire protection according to AHO,

— accessibility concept.

The required services are based on the service profiles of the HOAI or the AHO. The client reserves the right to place an order in stages and, if necessary, in building sections.
