The invitation to tender concerns the expansion of Aurland Helsetun, with a new building as a replacement for the wing from 1958 that was demolished, as well as reconstruction works for sections of the wing from 1978.

Aurland municipality shall construct a new building and reconstruct sections of the existing buildings. In order to facilitate this the municipality has carried out the demolition of sections of existing buildings in a separate contract. Reconstruction of other sections of the existing buildings, referred to as wing 2003 shall be considered as a separate contract at a later date.

The contracts included in this invitation to tender will include a new building with sheltered accommodation flats and reconstruction works for sections of the 1978 wing.
