Arun District Council (ADC) has identified a business requirement to replace their existing in-house EH, Private Sector Housing and Public Health IT system (EHADD). This system has been in use since 1995 and was written and is still supported by ADC's System Development Team. The intention is for the new system to be live by 1st April 2018 and the Tender must include:
Initial purchase/licence/software costs; Installation and implementation; Setup and configuration of all areas; Setup of templates and reports; Project Management; Interfaces; Data Migration; Document migration (if supplier supplying a DMS); Integration / Interface to our DMS (if supplier not supplying DMS); Training; Support and Maintenance for 5 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 5 years.
Both on-premise and hosted/cloud solutions will be considered. The company providing such a system should be an established, recognised and trusted supplier with a reliable and tested system.
