The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in providing designated guarded sea bathing areas by the indicated deadlines by organizing, positioning and equipping rescue stations in accordance with applicable regulations, providing qualified rescue personnel and supervising their work, ensuring appropriate social conditions for rescue personnel, ensuring marking and equipping designated water areas with technical, rescue and auxiliary equipment, signaling and warning devices as well as medical equipment, in accordance with applicable regulations, and cooperation with the Ordering Party as part of the implementation of the program "Blue flag".

The following beach sections have been designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract:

- Dziwnówek sea bathing beach with a length of 400 mb of the shoreline, including: 100 mb to the west and 300 mb to the east of the beach entrance from ul. Kamien.

Number of rescue positions: 4 (1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach).

Rescue service of the above positions: in the period from June 15 to August 31 - 12 people (3 lifeguards for each 1 rescue position).

Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9.00 to 17.00.

Dates of opening and closing the sea bathing beach in Dziwnówek in the periods from 15 June to 31 August in 2020 and from 15 June to 31 August 2021: in the period from 15 June to 31 August a guarded beach with a length of 400 m 4 rescue stands and a cast of 12 lifeguards on beach sections, including:

- west of the entrance from ul. Kamieńska - 100 mb,

- east of the entrance at ul. Kamieńska - 300 m.
