Berlinovo Immobilien Gesellschaft mbH intends to conclude a framework agreement for the preparation (conception and implementation) of annual annual reports (hybrid HTML/PDF) with a contractual partner.

The subject matter of the individual contracts based on this framework agreement is the conception and implementation/preparation of the client's annual annual report, which includes the annual financial report. The aim here is to present the company and the business development of the previous financial year in the annual reports and to present them in an appealing way for the target groups on the housing market and in politics. A modern, appealing reporting concept with a deliberate online focus is expected. The Contractor is to develop the entire concept and (optionally) implementation in digital form and print form, in particular the text of the annual report as well as other necessary services such as a draft, typesetting, layout, editing, technical implementation, etc.

There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the services under the framework agreement. The contractor of the framework agreement is only entitled and obliged to prepare the annual report on the basis of an individual order on demand. In the event of call-off, the contractor is obliged to provide the service.

The estimated expected order volume over a total of 4 years of the framework agreement period is approx. 640,000.00 euros. The estimated maximum value (call-off volume) of the order is 690,000.00 euros. The call-offs can only be made up to this maximum release volume (maximum value). The framework agreement loses its effect as soon as the maximum value of EUR 690,000.00 is reached.
