The object of the order is the development of the concept and technical design of the natural educational path along with its execution in the locations selected by the Contractor in Bydgoszcz. Both the concept and the technical design of the path will be subject to approval by the Ordering Party.
The aim of implementing a natural educational path on the subject of remediation works and their importance to the environment and the region is to increase environmental awareness of residents. The path is intended to allow as many residents of Bydgoszcz to reach as many as possible with information describing the scale and extent of the initial contamination of the ground-water environment, followed by the positive environmental effects of the actions taken.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall include Annex 8 to the SWZ and the contract template of Annex 9 to the SWZ.
The Contractor within the task will be required to:
1) the development of documentation showing the concept of a natural educational path, in accordance with applicable technical standards, technical knowledge rules and legal provisions;
2. the preparation of a draft campaign for the promotion of the nature of the educational path, understood as a proposal for content presented through the elements of the pathway, for the purpose referred to in point II above;
3. Estimates, on the basis of the assumptions set out in the concept of the natural educational path, the cost of operating the installation during a period of one year
4) the development of documentation presenting the technical design of the natural educational path, in accordance with the technical standards, technical knowledge rules and the rules of law;
5. Appropriations on behalf of the Contracting Authority to the competent authorities in order to obtain the necessary authorisations or declarations for the implementation of investments, as well as to obtain the required provisions of law of opinion and arrangements necessary to obtain the above documents;
6) the implementation of a natural educational path in accordance with the concept and technical design adopted by the Contracting Authority and design and ensuring rights to place the elements of the path in the public space, including acquiring rights to the property on which the elements will be placed paths for the period up to 28 February 2023;
7) present the actual annual cost of operating the path after a period of one year of operation, within 30 days after the end of the first year of operation of the path;
8) conducting current information activities (until 28 February 2023) through elements of the educational path (including updating data presented via LCD screens);
9) the ongoing maintenance and maintenance of all elements of the natural educational path until 28 February 2023. After that date, any manufactured fixtures or fixed assets consisting of the educational path will be transferred to the property of the Ordering Party;
10) recreate at your own expense elements of the educational path that will be destroyed or devastated during the period of implementation of the contract;
11) The Contractor, according to the selection of the Ordering Party:
a. will perform the dismantling of the element of the natural educational path on 28 February 2023 and deliver it to the designated place by the Ordering Party in the territory of Kujawsko — Pomeranian Voivodeship, whereby on the day of delivery of the element of the educational path to the Ordering Party, ownership of this element passes on The Contracting Authority;
or
b. shall, within 14 days from the date of notification by the Contracting Authority of a written request, assign to the Contracting Authority the rights of placing a path element in a public space, including the right to the property on which the element of the path remains localized, which shall be the effective on 1 March 2023, and on that date the ownership of that element passes to the Contracting Authority.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall include Annex 8 to the SWZ and the contract template of Annex 9 to the SWZ.
