Services for the collection and management of waste fractions with code 19 12 12

The subject of the contract is collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 12, originating from the processing of mixed and selectively delivered municipal waste as so-called overhead fraction> 80 mm, with a calorific value above 6 MJ / kg dry matter. Received batches of waste may differ in value, and any differences will not constitute grounds for the Contractor's claims to the Employer. Waste will be loaded loose or in bales onto the Contractor's means of transport. The estimated amount of waste for collection and management in each of the 4 parts is 2750 Mg. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste expected to be collected and managed. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Employer. Waste should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions permitting the processing of this waste in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act.

Services for the collection and management of waste fractions with code 19 12 12

1. The subject of the contract is the services of successive collection and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 - other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11, coming from the Municipal Installation in Suwałki. 2. The amount of waste with the code 19 12 12 which the Ordering Party will forward for collection and management during the contract period is: Part 1 - 2.750 Mg. The above quantities are estimates and are used by the Contractor in the alternative to prepare the offer and calculate the costs, but they do not constitute grounds for any claims in this respect. The ordering party is not obliged to complete the order in full. Collection of waste will result from the current needs of the Employer. 3. Within a maximum of 60 days from the day of signing the contract, the Contractor shall be required to collect and manage waste with the code 19 12 12 in the amount of: Part 1 - 1,000 Mg. 4. The remaining quantities of waste, the Contractor shall be obliged to successively collect and use in installations referred to in paragraph 6 within the term of the contract. 5. Waste with code 19 12 12 is regularly produced sorting material as over-fraction> 80mm in the form of a caloric ballast fraction with a heat of combustion greater than 6 MJ / kg dry matter from mechanical treatment of waste in the sorting plant

- after processing mixed municipal waste and cleaning up separately collected waste. 6. Waste covered by this contract should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions permitting the processing of this waste in the recovery process in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect and using a minimum of one recovery process from R1 to R12, specified in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended).

7. Waste collection will be carried out by transport organized by the Contractor and at his expense, also in the scope of transport costs, insurance during transport and unloading. 8. Waste code 19 12 12 is stored on a hardened square in the form of rectangular bales with dimensions of approx. 80 x 80 x 200 cm prepared on a baling press. The average weight of 1 bale of waste code 19 12 12 covered by the contract is about 0.9 - 1.0 Mg. These are guide values used by the Contractor to calculate costs, but they do not constitute grounds for any claims in this respect. The Ordering Party may load waste on the provided means of transport both in the form of bales as well as in loose form. The contractor will specify in what form the waste is to be loaded.
